Guest House/Apartment Manager
Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Hospitality, Business, or related fields
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in hospitality or serviced apartment management
Must be results-oriented with a proven ability to hit sales targets
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Must reside close to the property or be available on-call
Strong understanding of short-let hospitality trends.
Drive bookings and consistently improve occupancy rates through strategic marketing and relationship management.
Actively promote the property on booking platforms, WhatsApp, and social media.
Upsell catering, experiences, and services to in-house guests and external clients.
Handle guest check-ins/check-outs, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a memorable stay.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, aesthetics, and comfort across all rooms and shared areas.
Oversee housekeeping and support staff, ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
Maintain records of bookings, income, expenses, and guest feedback.
Generate weekly performance reports on occupancy, sales, and targets achieved.
Collaborate with the larger hospitality team to maximize profitability.
