Requirements

  • Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field

  • Previous experience in a front office, receptionist, or customer-facing role (preferred)

  • Flexible to work morning, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts

  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

  • Must reside within Port Harcourt or nearby areas


Description


We are looking for a smart, friendly, and well-organized Front Office Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for guests at The Crib Lifestyle Hotel. Your role is to deliver a welcoming, professional, and seamless check-in and check-out experience, while managing all front desk operations and guest needs efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and check-in guests with warmth and professionalism

  • Manage guest reservations via phone, WhatsApp, email, and booking platforms

  • Handle check-outs, process payments, and issue receipts

  • Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and other departments for room readiness and guest satisfaction

  • Provide guests with information about hotel services, restaurant options, and local attractions

  • Upsell hotel offerings like room service, events, lounge access, and catering packages

  • Maintain accurate logs and daily reports for management

  • Address and resolve guest complaints quickly and courteously

  • Monitor the lobby/reception area to ensure it is clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times
